We have an extensive and beautiful library of fabric books by a wide range of designers. These include Lewis & Wood, James Hare, Harlequin, Sanderson, William Morris, Scion, Clarke & Clarke, Ian Mankin, Kate Forman, Grace de Lino, Streets, Troynorth and Isle Mill. All these fabrics offer a huge choice to suit any interior scheme taking into account your style and budget. We can also supply trimmings to complement your soft furnishings.

CURTAINS AND BLINDS

Maison Histoire curtains are made using traditional methods with handmade headings, so that they hang beautifully giving an elegant finish. We offer a range of headings and the curtains can be made with linings only or an interlining can be added too to add a roundness to the look as well as have insulating properties.
Our curtains are sewn by hand, using traditional interlocking method. Pelmets can be added to create a more formal look. Roman blinds give an elegant finish to a window and are the ideal solution for kitchens and bathrooms. Blinds are becoming more popular in bedrooms too, where space can be an issue. A small pelmet can be added to create a more formal look, if the blind is to be hung outside the recess.

CUSHIONS

Maison Histoire makes cushions of all shapes and sizes. Whether you want to match existing covers on a sofa, add colour to a child’s bedroom or create a special gift, there is something in our range for everyone. We can make bespoke cushions for window seats too and can extend this product to garden furniture.

UPHOLSTERY

At Maison Histoire, we will undertake small projects using traditional methods. Chairs can be given a new lease of life by just changing the top fabric, or in some cases, they may need some repairs too. We will undertake small projects such as bedroom chairs, footstools and ottomans, and furniture for pubs, restaurants and hotels. If it’s a headboard you would like, we can make these to your style and choice of fabric.
